This recipe was created with my 7 year old niece. The kids all love it and I love the 5 minutes it takes to put it together.
Pasta, Philadelphia, butter, milk and sour cream (not pictured).
Melt a block of Philadelphia cheese, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup milk, and a few spoons of sour cream. Cut up the cream cheese into small blocks for easier melting. Boil the pasta, drain and mix to serve. It tastes so good.

I haven't knit a stitch in five days! Really. I have no idea how that happened, maybe the warmer weather is to blame. I am keeping a promise I made to myself and am giving monogamous knitting a shot. Currently the only project in my needles is the Abalone cardigan. I am at the armpits now. I have a little bit left for the body and then the sleeves and border. I am still planing on making 3/4 length sleeves. I have no idea how I will do that yet. I will worry when I get to that point.
The next project up will be another pair of purple socks. I would the skein into two balls. I got this yarn in my last swap. I love it. Just look at the colors.
I am reading the City of Bones series. I am flying through the books lately. It has something to do with the fact that I can't sleep at night and read until the wee hours.
I finished the Divergent trilogy recently and saw the movie. I must say that you should all watch the movie just for Theo James alone. He is brilliant! Seriously.
